The founder and senior managing partner of Louis J Muggeo and Associates, he is also a member of the Florida, Illinois, New Hampshire and New York bars and has represented businesses throughout the United States and abroad, including lenders, contractors, high technology media companies, municipal airport and professional athletes. Mr. Muggeo has been a practicing trial lawyer and general outside counsel to private and public corporations since his admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 1978.   more
